Refund Policy

There is a article processing charges or publication fee for all National and International Journals. SARJPPL is a self-supporting organization and does not receive funding from any private institutions and government. Hence, the operation of the organization is solely financed by the processing fees received from authors. Fee once paid will not be returned back under any circumstances.  If authors choose not to publish after paying the money, then author can use that payment for their next research paper publication / subscription services provided it is intimated within 48 hours from the time of payment.

It has been brought to our notice that some fake publishers are charging article processing fee in the name of ‘SARJPPL’.   If anybody follows the fake publishers and pays any fees to them, he/she may do so solely at his/ her own risk and SARJPPL will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

Note: As a publication support and payment processor, we are responsible for the process of publication and to route the payment properly to the Journals Only. Indexing or other issues are not in our jurisdiction.

From time to time, an author may wish to withdraw a manuscript after submitting it.

Changing one’s mind is an author’s prerogative. And an author is free to withdraw an article at no charge – as long as it is withdrawn within 3 days of its initial submission.

The Journals with whom SARJPPL have tied up as Official Licensor performs all the process promptly and on time for which it has to pay the cost too and bear the expenses like payment to full-time reviewers and fellows. Refunds for service which have been delivered is not possible due to the nature of the service purchase.

• The refund is full* & you will get your money back if the paper does not reach the reviewing stage.
• The refund is full* & you will get your money back if the paper is not accepted.
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration; or if he or she declines to revise and resubmit.
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts, once the paper is published.
• There are no refunds or cancellation of debts if the paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.
• Refund will proceed through the online mode in 10-15 working days.
• Wrongly deposited money or extra deposit money will be returned back within 03 weeks if respective author informs us within 02 days after the date of money deposit.
• There are refunds or cancellation of debts strictly as per the following policy if the author withdraws his or her paper from consideration; or if he or she declines to revise and resubmit manuscript after two working days.

*The Full refund here refers to  amount excluding Bank Transaction Charges that has been incurred along with the tax deducted at source by the third party payment gateway integrator.
